Captain's Blog: This Little Piggy Went to the Bottle.

Thursday night we tried to give Connor his first bottle. Lacey was worried that he might not take it, so she first tried peeking from the kitchen....then ran into the bedroom...and finally hiding behind a pillow on the couch so that Connor couldn't see her. No worries though! Connor didn't just take the bottle...he bonged it! After he was finished, he must have been milk drunk because he called on mom for some 'from the tap' goodness.

Peanut Post: Janel Came to Visit!

Dad's friend Janel came to town this week for work with another co-worker (Rebecca). They came over on Wednesday night for some dinner and of course to bring me another gift! I got a very nice outfit that I have already worn and like a lot! Nice to meet you finally Janel, I hope to see you, Charlie Stella and Sammy soon!

Tuesday night, mommy's friends came over and brought with them some P.F. Chang's! Mom and Dad were VERY excited! Personally, I liked Katie and Kendra.....grrrrrrroooooowwllll! Nice to meet you guys!

I got to meet K.C., Gregg and their son Braden and they were VERY nice! I got some cool clothes with my initials and names on them, and Braden is going to be a fun older buddy of mine! Also, it was fun to see Gregg put my chair together that I will be using in the near future, thanks Gregg!

Team Mitch Strikes Again!

On October 19th, I ran a half marathon with a buddy of mine from Resource (Rich Ruggerio). While this was not my first rodeo, it was for Rich and he rocked it out with a sub-2 hour time! I broke out the original Team Mitch shirt and it was great to hear everyone cheering his name again (we miss you Mitch). Jamie White's sister ran the full marathon (congratulations loco!), and Lacey and Connor came to cheer dad and friends while hanging with Jason, Jamie and Grace.

Peanut Post: Nice to Meet You Jan Fam!

I had even more visitors tonight and it was so nice to meet Sololman, Huma, and their son Jebron. Jebron was very cool, and I can't wait to be big enough to play with him, PLUS he has a brother on the way! Jebron showed me his Bruce Lee, and a nice karate kick I can't wait to try. Also, I got some nice clothes, cups, and spoons from the Jan's for when I get a wee bit older. Thanks again!

Who's the coolest kid around?!? I'm starting to have a bit of trouble keeping them all straight, but I think I'm doing pretty good! Here is the latest round of nice visitors...who have been keeping mom and dad fed really well.

Pupdate: Remember Us?

You may not remember us, but we are the gruesome twosome that used to be "top dogs" around here. If you were wondering, we are coping as well as can be expected. The new little guy that is living with us makes a lot of noises...the crying is especially bothersome to us.

I met Aunt Liz and cousin Sam today! Sam is REALLY cool and I can't wait to wear the cool stuff he's got on. He was really nice, laughed a lot and seems to have liked me..I think the older kids know I'm already pretty cool. That's probably from the outfit I'm wearing from mom's friends. It's very fall (what does that mean?)!

I finally got to meet my aunt Mackenzie this week. She drove all the way from Cincinnati, and while I don't know what drove or Cincinnati is, I appreciated it anyway. She was very nice and not only took good care of me, but made mom and dad stir-fry while dad went to the gym...who's this gym guy?

Captain's Blog: Peekie, Boo, and Thank You

Thank you so much to Grandma Pottmeyer for coming to Columbus for a couple of days and help Lacey and I get adjusted to the new guy. We really appreciate your help! Here are a couple of my favorite pictures from the first few days at home with mom and dad.

Connor finally got to meet Grandpa Pottmeyer, Uncle Nick and Aunt Brandy today. Brandy wasn't feeling well, so no picture, but here are a couple of Grandpa and Uncle Nick. Connor was very happy to meet them and was a model citizen.
