Peanut Post: The Light Sweeper (caution: Star Wars Post)!

Working for the Rebel Alliance turned out to be the wrong decision. Too many goody two shoes were around trying to show me how to sweep up dirt and grime....so I made the decision...DARK SIDE RULES...FEAR ME AND MY LIGHT SWEEPER!

Churchtown Construction

Over the weekend, Alex and I (and some local helpers) helped put up the framing on the new convent flat roof porch. While a little heavy and awkward, it really went quite smooth. There was some nice planning and pretty decent measurements by me. That's right...ALLLLL ME! OK, mostly Ken...I was merely brought in for my muscles...nice work Ken!

Captain's Blog: Dog Walkin...Man Style

Walking one and one quarter dogs isn't the hardest thing to do...but it certainly helps to have a buddy give you a hand.

Peanut Post: Birthday Recap

On Friday, October 1, I woke up to my Mom, Dad, Mattie and Mya like it was any other day...ooooooh, but I soon would find out that it was anything BUT any other day.

It started very slowly with breakfast in bed...a little Blue's Clues, some Milk and a Pumpkin Doughnut.

After brushing my teeth, we walked downstairs and I ran into some new barn doors. Upon opening them my eyes were greeted with massive hugs...A TRAIN TABLE, TRACKS AND TRAINS OH MY!!!!!

After playing with my trains for an hour or so, we got into the family wagon and headed into the southern hills of Ohio. We all got very hungry and Mom and Dad decided to stop at a place called 'The Coffee Cup'...apparently if you went to OU and did any beer drinking...you've been here.

After lunch, I was getting sleepy, but the next stop would put a jolt into this little body like NO OTHER! A real, honest to goodness train ride! Chugga-chugga CHOO CHOO!

Did I have fun today...well....
